I think I might have to introduce some of these as well.
Roasted vegetables with chicken breast/salmon; stuffed butternut squash or courgette - stuffed with mince or tuna and veg plus some tomato sauce; Asian slaw with some sort of curry or tagine?
Have you looked on the website/app? If you search eggs and SP there are some more interesting ideas.
Is the idea that you don't have any syns on those days but you still have the healthy extras?
lechatnoir · 13/09/2023 17:08
You still have your healthy extras but maximum 10 syns. I tried it yesterday and did ok (eggs & spinach for breakfast, veg & bean soup for lunch, curry on a bed of spinach for dinner plus speed fruit in between) not sure I'd want to do it too often but could definitely swop a few meals and snacks to SP as I really need a boost to get me back on track. Thanks for the suggestions @aliloandabanana will have a look

How did you get on @lechatnoir ?
I’m planning an sp few days this week, it will mostly consist of meat and salad or meat + veg.
can you have ff natural yog?
lechatnoir · 07/10/2023 23:57
SP days definitely make a big difference - I lost 2.5 first week and then 3 lbs the next. I've been on holiday so week off and feeling like I'll need to do some SP days.
You can have ff yogurt but it will need to be a high protein 'P' version which is usually Greek Yogurt - I get mine from lidl but suggest you use the app and check as not all are (could t find a single P yogurt in Aldi).
Fish/chicken on toast veg is a good shout and I've also enjoyed a casserole with root veg mash for a proper comfort meal. Still struggle with quick easy meals on so days.
