It is made of yam, cassava flour, or unripe plantain flour. It is also called รจlรนbแปฬ.Plantain flour when prepared is called amala ogede.The amala prepared in this video is plantain flour made with unripe plantains from YKG Farms.Here's the simple procedure as described in the video1๏ธโฃPut some water on fire. 2๏ธโฃPour some quantity of YKG Farms' plantain flour into a bowl of lukewarm water.3๏ธโฃMix the flour until it forms a paste.
