But one quick question.. I am finding the measurements confusing..
When you say one cup, do you use 237ml? or 250ml?

Thank you!!! it would be great if you could solve my puzzle!

    Happy thanksgiving!

Thanks for being such a great resource for those of us with food intolerances! I made the pumpkin pie for my family last year (to the amazement of people who didn’t think vegan food could taste good) and am bringing the cheesecake this year! Also looking forward to bringing the shepherds pie to a Christmas party for all the other people with allergies and vegan lifestyles :D

This is my life saver!! I’ve been so bogged down with school that I didn’t have time to plan our Thanksgiving menu in advance, which is so unlike me because usually I’m already thinking about these things in the summer (lol). Also, #photographygoals

Happy Thanksgiving to you and thank you for all of your recipes! For my part of our Friendsgiving: vegan dinner rolls with orange and thyme jam, cauliflower mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, (my 9 year old will be making your 2-ingredient truffles), apple crisp with coconut whipped cream, not to mention your best damn vegan biscuits for breakfast, (which are a staple each Thanksgiving and Christmas morn). Not sure what I’d cook without your blog!

    Cheers,
    Lisa
*Recently made pumpkin parfaits and they were delicious.

The two-ingredients truffles were AMAZING! And even though I’m not strictly vegan….yet….anything that easy is gonna get done. Now I’m going to try those pumpkin parfaits because I LOVE hearing that someone made them and they turned out. I have BOMBED so many recipes from Pinterest. Some blame is definitely on me, but not all of it!!!

Everything was so delicious. I made a mistake by leaving the orange and thyme jam unattended for about 3 minutes while I tended to another recipe and it turned brown. :( I didn’t throw it out because it’s delicious but it was no longer lovely. Everything else was perfect. Oh, and the 2-ingredient truffles got a new name, ‘reindeer poop’, because our version softened and dropped a bit, but they were so good. I ate a bite of truffle with every dessert on the table. The vegan dinner rolls vanished in about 4 seconds. You made me look like a professional out there!
