You probably don’t even care which cheese is it , Mozzarella , Parmesan or Cheddar . As long as it’s cheese, you are delighted to savour it one form or the other. It’s calorie free however , to know about differences between these 3 types of cheese .

Mozzarella is a cheese that is not aged for long & hence , it’s softer. It’s is mostly used in pizzas . It’s quite chewy & easily melts in the oven. Made from the milk of cow or water buffalo , it has it’s origins in Itlay.
