So as I’m sure you can already tell, I’m a bit of a topping fanatic.

I love cheese, nuts, seeds, herbs and sauces with a fiery passion. It’s rare you’ll find a recipe on this blog that isn’t garnished with a pile of my favorites because, in my opinion, life is way too short to eat boring food.

Ice cream is always more fun with sprinkles and salads are WAYA tastier with a pile of mix-ins and a finger-licking dressing!

Dressings hold a special place in my heart because they taste good on just about everything! Whether it’s a jumbo bowl-o-veggies, a entree-turned-salad, a plate of tacos, or even as a dip… I’ll eat it any and every way. I won’t even pretend I don’t lick the mixing bowl when I make them, I totally do!
