EGG ORG – KNOW YOUR ENEMY

Pull up a chair young Shell Shocker and I will tell you a story… Gather ’round and let ol’ Grandpa spin you a yarn about the craftiest batch of rascals this side of the Eggtopia — the notorious EGG ORG. Now, this ain’t your ordinary tale; it’s a warning, about the evil shadows that lurk in the hearts of all eggs and what can happen when ambition runs amok.

EGG ORG first presented as corporate masterminds who took control of BWD April 1st 2020.

Phase I – April 2020

During 2020, EGG ORG showed their face for the first time. In an aggressive takeover move that would make their own mothers wince, ownership of the New Yolker fell under the EGG ORG umbrella. The claimed with it’s global infrastructure, EGG ORG could offer all eggs a unique opportunity to be part of their conglomerate super-giant family. In their hubris they jailed the Blue Wizard Digital staff in map Jailbreak & released a terrible map called BioHazard, hailing it, of course, as the best map ever. Thankfully, some days later, mysterious Shell Shockers developer Slobodan hacked the jailcells. leading to the wizards escape. The discord was returned to normal, BioHazard was fixed & EGG ORG was banished. Good riddance to bad bureaucracy.

Phase II – April 2021

In 2021 EGG ORG returned – proving you just can’t keep a “good” Megacorporation down. They released a Shell Shockers Dictate: Removing a classic Shell skin, Pablo from the store, covering them in carbonite & trapping them in their new map EGG ORG HQ. In their place, up sprang Pablo’s… darker side… Diablo. The Diablos worked hard to crack open the now frozen Pablos and even ran a 100 Million kill event in Shell Shockers, using the yolk to create a grenade that would crack the Pablo’s once and for all.

However… the Pablo’s were rescued by the Wizards at the last second and the powerful explosive destroyed the entire EGG ORG HQ, the source of the ORG’s power. When the smoke cleared, the map was reduced to Wreckage and EGG ORG were gone and hurtling through space.

Phase III – April 2022

EGG ORG were hurtling through space, exiled but not beaten. As luck should have it their best eggheads helped them maneuver their wreckage into a wormhole, deep in space. Even harder to believe that this wormhole took them back in time to ancient eggtopia where they established a foothold before we could stop them. Timetwist was their new headquarters and using their advanced tech they started to control the future by owning the past. The Wizards sent Pablo back in time who deciphered the secret code 5831 [try it] to unlock the supercomputer and set it to self destruct. Saving eggkind from a life of mindless Bureaucracy. This was a grand victory.

Phase IV – April 2023

While digging in the courtyard of Timetwist an ancient chest was discovered – inside is some old metal dice… Helpless against a possible game the wizards rolled them, after all, what’s the worst that could happen. Unknowingly we had fallen for an old EGG ORG trap which plunged the Shell Shockers playerbase into the Outer Reach – A D&D like world of Heroes and Monsters. The fight was bitter, with the community choosing skins by heros or monsters, reflected on the home page. In the end, the monsters won with EGG ORG perhaps posthumously showing us something we didn’t want to admit! We’re not that different after all!

Phase V – April 2024

The most recent phase of EGG ORG’s attack. The spokesperson working in private with a few rouge Diablo’s in a secret Facility, created Robots capable of taking over Shell Shockers. They exceeded their own designs, creating Robots of unbelievable power and malice. Fleeing for their lives it was up to all remaining eggs to join forces and fight back before we all became assimilated cyborgs.

The assimilation was prompt and violent, with thousands of Shell and discord users being turned robotic (including the already cyborged Wizbot). In the end the combination of the brothers in arms, cracked the fusion core of the robots and turned the tide against the robots. By April 15th the scurge was complete and things returned to normal. However, EGG ORG were nowhere to be found and the temporary alliance, over.

What does that mean for us little Timmy? (Or whatever your name is, grampa’s memory isn’t what it was). Well it means you can relax for now, EGG ORG are gone… at least for now. So go back to sleep, or play more Shell Shockers on your chromebook. I don’t care. I’m going to bed.
