We were in the middle of a critical project, constantly adapting to new demands. I faced the challenge of keeping team morale high. Our team was a powerhouse of performance. Yet the daily grind of pushing boundaries was a tough hill to climb.I asked for guidance from one of my friends. She posed a thought-provoking question. Did our team know if they were merely laying bricks or if were they building a temple? She shared the following story:A traveller once encountered three workers. To his query about their task, the first replied, "I'm laying bricks." The second stated, "I'm erecting a wall." But the third, with a gleam in his eye, proclaimed, "I'm building a cathedral."Her point was crystal clear. Do our teams realize the greater purpose behind their daily toil?We must recognize that while we may lay bricks day in and day out, it's vital to step back and appreciate the grand vision of the temple we're constructing. This broader perspective fuels our daily efforts with intention and passion.Do you and your team know why you're laying those bricks?#Momentmarketing :) iykykDisclaimer: All views expressed on LinkedIn are personal.

In January we often review our goals and think about our purpose.. I heard this short parable a few years ago and it really resonated for me.. what does it mean to you? How did you establish your purpose? Or, are you still seeking it?Parable of the 3 BricklayersThree bricklayers are asked: โWhat are you doing?โ The first says, โI am laying bricks.โ The second says, โI am building a wall.โ The third says, โI am building a Cathedral.โ The first bricklayer has a job. The second has a career. The third has a purpose.#purposedriven #purposefinder#yournorthstarElements 360The Daisy Gray Partnership

Gut job, major fixer purchased in Happy Valley/Demascus!These are long-time clients that have trusted me in the past with previous transactions. They are such hard workers and somehow manage to work full-time, take care of family, AND demo/remodel/rebuild a fixer upper!I can help with these transactions and almost anything else you can think of. Bad siding, old roof, 1980s interior, bad pipes, too small... DOES NOT MATTER! We can work together to get a seller credit to keep the rate in the 5s or 6s sometimes. We can find a bid for the repairs. It really is a blessing :)
