Ingredients
1/2 cup – Low fat curd
2 tbsp – Beetroot, grated
2 tbsp – Cucumber, grated
3 – Soaked almonds
Pomegranate
Coriander leaves
Green chilli
Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, add low fat curd, grated beetroot, grated cucumber, soaked almonds, pomegranate, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin and salt.
