Jessee, C2, died Tuesday night, apparently of a heart attack. After a long career in radio and TV, Jessee Joined the U.S. Information Agency in 1961 at the request of Edward R. Murrow. He served as press attache to the American Embassy in Copenhagen from 1962-65; as assistant to the director of the Voice of America in 1965; as director of public affairs for the U.S.

Information Agency in 1966-67; and as the U.S. Consul in western Australia in 1968. CHARLES R. ALBRIGHT Burlington, Vt. (AP) Charles Roger Albright, 85, a pioneer of visual education, died yesterday at a Burlington convalescent home.

He was a director of educational services for the Motion Picture Association of America in Washington until his retirement in 1957.
